We respectfully request that authors carefully read and follow all guidelines prior to submitting. We would much rather say yes than no to writers, and following our guidelines makes it easier for us to say yes.

The Copperfield Review is a quarterly journal published in January, April, July, and October. We accept submissions 365 days a year.
We accept previously published submissions. We do not charge reading fees. At this time The Copperfield Review is not a paying market. We reserve the right to edit the work we publish for length, content, and clarity.
Authors must notify us immediately if they need to remove their submission or if their work is accepted elsewhere while it is under consideration at The Copperfield Review. We are unable to consider future submissions from authors who do not respect this request.
Authors, please do not submit a new version of your story or a new bio after we have accepted your work. We are a small staff and do not have time to format a new version of your story after we have already formatted your original submission. Proofread your work before you send it, and submit only the version you want to see online.
Please note the change in the submission policy of The Copperfield Review:
We are now using the form below for submissions. We are accepting submissions for the Spring 2012 edition until April 15, 2012.
Authors with inquiries regarding previous submissions should contact us at copperreview(at)aol(dot)com.
